Billye has over 20 years of experience working with individuals and businesses to lower their tax burden and navigate their tax filing requirements as well as providing consulting and planning services to help them be successful.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Accounting from Northeastern State University and a Masters of Taxation from the University of Tulsa. Billye has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2009.
